🏠 Turnover Cleaning (No Pets)

• 1 Bed / 1 Bath: $85 

• 2 Bed / 2 Bath: $115

• 3 Bed / 2+ Bath: $135

Includes:

• Full turnover clean (kitchen, bath, linens, trash, surfaces, sweep/mop/vacuum)

• Restocking basics (TP, paper towels, dish soap, etc. if provided)

🐾 Turnover Cleaning (With Pets)

• 1 Bed / 1 Bath: $100

• 2 Bed / 2 Bath: $130

• 3 Bed / 2+ Bath: $150

Includes all standard turnover services plus:

• Deep vacuuming & deodorizing

• Spot cleaning for fur, pet bedding, and dander

• Optional energy clearing for emotional residue (animals are sensitive)

🧂 STOCKING SUPPLIES — OWNER RESPONSIBILITY

To maintain flow, consistency, and high-vibe turnover energy, hosts are responsible for stocking the following items:

• Toilet paper & paper towels

• Trash bags (kitchen & bathroom sizes)

• Dish soap & hand soap

• Cleaning supplies (if specific products are preferred)

• Laundry detergent (if in-house laundry is used)

• Replacement linens & towels (unless using linen add-on service)

✨ We’re happy to restock these items during cleaning if backups are provided onsite.

🧺 LINEN POLICY

• Client provides clean linens or opts for:

• Linen Swap Service (pickup/drop-off of fresh linens): +tbd

• In-House Laundry (on-site washer/dryer): +$10 /load or flat $20 each check out

🐶 PET POLICY

• Pet fee is included in the pet pricing tier. No hidden fees. Just honesty, respect, and extra TLC for our furry guests’ energy too.
